MS Word Bookmark Option - A

Not most people are into using bookmarks but have become present in Microsoft Word as one of its special features. Today is the time that you have to consider switching in to Microsoft Word 2010 and 2007 for bookmarks purposes. The first thing to do is to create a mock document with pages and text on it for you to see how bookmarks are used and created, then form sections to divide your document. The next thing you need to do is highlighting the text you’re using for your heading on the first section, and then on the main ribbon Insert should be clicked. The Insert ribbon center should have the icon for Bookmark near it and then click on it.

You may click the button for Add after typing in a name for your first bookmark in the window of Bookmark name. There will show as nothing went through as the small window for popup went off. On the contrary, you may re-click on the icon for Bookmark that it should be visible on your part. The display box that your bookmarks are listed can be found on your new bookmark shown in the box below it where you’re done typing it.

On the heading’s second section you should move down your document and perform the same thing like highlighting it, then re-click the icon for Bookmark once more, then the name required should be typed, then for creation of the second bookmark, the button for Add should be clicked. You are now set to view how bookmarks are used when you’re done with the process that has been mentioned. The icon for Bookmark should be again clicked.

The Go to button should be clicked as you highlight your created first bookmark and you should see that you have been taken to the location of your first bookmark task. You will be taken back after re-clicking the icon for Bookmark and the same should be done for the second bookmark.

For you to tremendously save your time as well as your effort, you may create bookmarks for hoping all over also by the use of a bookmark that is used in an instance that there is a long document and likewise it is very useful for your document’s holding place for any reason you have to pause from work and resume the following day when you have to edit a document. You may jump into it next time you need to open your document through creating a bookmark from that point.
