If you have basic computer knowledge of using computers and Windows applications working knowledge but still like to study more about Microsoft Office software such as Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and internet overview then you need to enroll for CNCTC, Inc. course - MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Internet under Microsoft - MS OFFICE 2003 Courses headed by experienced and adept instructors in a classroom and laboratory mode of teaching structured with minds-on, hands-on, and laboratory activities which will run for 24 hours.

Lesson four is about more basic features of Microsoft Word which tackles text moving, copying, and pasting, clipboard, columns, drop-caps, auto text, autocorrect, checking spelling and grammar, synonyms, and thesaurus. Lesson five goes with paragraph working discussing before and after space, line spacing, indention on a first-line, indentation, alignment, indention hanging, and file saving and Microsoft Word exiting. Lesson six is about keys used for listing and tabbing and the discussion centers on numbered lists which are bulleted, lists which are nested, lists to be formatted, and keys for tabbing. Lesson seven is about graphics that tackles about clip art adding, file image adding, graphics editing, and auto shapes. The 8th chapter is regarding how to format a page and talks about margins on a page, size and orientation of a page, footers and headers, numbers of pages, and printing. The concluding chapter is about tables that cover about table creation, table moving, text entering, row selection and text bolding, text right-aligning, new row adding to the table’s end, new row adding within the table, columns resizing, new row adding to a table, table sorting, the function of the sum, column deletion, row deletion, recalculation, and properties of a table.

Module 2 is about Excel that includes four lessons starting with text and numbers entering followed by text formatting and performing computations; computations and numbers; and charts creation. Each and every lesson on this module will discuss every detail relevant for each topic. Module 3 centers on Powerpoint with 3 lessons starting with the discussion about the screen of Powerpoint then its overview, and creating presentation using Powerpoint. The concluding module is about the overview of internet that focuses about title, menu, and tool bars then the icon for backward and forward, icon for stop & refresh, and address bar.
