4. Rejuvenating Rest and Sleep. Nothing beats enough rest, that’s for sure. Giving your body enough sleep brings back your energy for work. Moreover, it also refreshes your mind, which is perfect for a whole day of work. A person with enough rest are more tolerant, have clear thinking, and less likely to commit mistakes. Thus, take a nice eight hours of sleep every day. Even if you’re busy, you can have enough rest with proper time management. Make a schedule for every chore, including sleep. When you’re going to sleep, clean yourself and remove all the worries to avoid sleep interruptions. Make yourself comfortable in a cold dim-lighted room. When you wake up, you’d feel more rejuvenated.
5. Fresh Air. When was the last time you took a hike? A nice meeting with Mother Nature will surely remove all the stress and negativity in your system. This will also give you a brighter perception on things including your job. You don’t have to spend a lot of money just for a nature get away. You can just wake up early and take a walk to your work. You can also just go to a near park and enjoy the fresh air from trees. Exposing yourself to fresh air and fineness of nature every now and then is good way to boost your motivation at work.
6. Music. When you’re bored but you can’t go anywhere, listen to music. Music will give a different atmosphere to your working environment. There are a lot of cheap and handy music gadgets nowadays. Store songs that are inspirational and lively. You may also choose some pieces of funny songs. You can make use of them to motivate yourself for work. Just make sure you’ll still observe proper etiquette at work. Make sure you’re not disturbing others and you’re not breaking rules at work. Now, if it’s prohibited to bring music gadgets, you can just hymn a song. It’ll make you more motivated and less stressed in doing your job.
7. Exercise. Exercise is good for the body and mind. It promotes good blood circulation and removes toxins from the body through sweat. It also enhances your thinking and focus, which is important at work. These benefits enable you to become motivated at work.
