Four major steps to do marketing campaigns via e-mail

             As computers and networking prevail in the world of commerce and businesses, undoubtedly, people are becoming more and more passive as they depend most of the time on computer. Though, they seemingly work faster and do multiple tasks at a time, we can’t deny the fact that we are also facing challenges as we do the marketing through e-mail. One of which is the SPAM problem. However, in every problem, there is a designed solution. And so does e-mail marketing. Here are some suggestions to do the e-mail marketing more productively and successfully.

 1. Set your objective - in everything you do, there must always be an objective. In choosing your career, in learning English, in making lesson plan as well as in e-mail marketing, setting your goal and clearly define them remains the first step. When you send your marketing campaign, give emphasis on your purpose because surely this is the rudimentary step to making business via e-mail.

2. Plan a friendly approach - in deed, mentioning the company name is more believable and convincing but the highlight must be personalizing the transaction to increase open relationship. In this way, the transaction is easier if the person is already familiar with you. Write clearly your name and give information about you if necessary.

3. State clearly your subject - apart from clearly stating your purpose, your SUBJECT is also necessary to catch the interest and attention of your reader or the recipient. This signifies his eagerness to read all the way of your proposal. The subject line seems to be the wooing plea of a lover to the dearly loved.

4. Follow-up your subscriber – in every marketing campaign, nothing is much more important than follow-up. This comes up the idea of being insistent and persistent as positive traits. It is much better to e - mail your subscribers quite often to remind them about the information you sent so that this doesn’t seem SPAM.
